Meet Charlotte. Isn't she beautiful! This cute girl turned 4 this year and I can hardly believe it. I have known her since she was a newborn and it's been such a joy to watch her grow over the years. She is such a natural in front of the camera and very comfortable in her own sparkly shoes. Love this girl!
